Search for your university on our payment portal. Each university has a unique payment page with their branding and pre-configured payment details.
You can search by university name, city, or country. Once you select your institution, you'll be taken directly to their secure payment page.

Enter Your Details
Fill in your personal information and select the beneficiary (department) you're paying. Choose your local currency and enter the payment amount.
We auto-detect your country and suggest your local currency. Your university may have multiple departments or fee categories to choose from.

Get an FX Quote
Receive a real-time foreign exchange quote showing exactly how much you'll pay in your local currency. No hidden fees or surprise charges.
Our quotes are powered by a leading international payments provider regulated by the FCA. You'll see the exchange rate, total amount, and a breakdown before confirming.

Review & Confirm
Review all payment details including the exchange rate, fees, and recipient information. Once confirmed, your payment is locked in at the quoted rate.
Firm quotes have a limited validity window (typically 30 seconds). If the quote expires, simply request a new one. Once confirmed, the rate is guaranteed.

Receive clear bank transfer instructions. Make the payment from your bank account and track the status in real-time until funds reach your university.
You'll get a payment reference, bank details for the transfer, and a tracking link. Download a PDF of the instructions or share them via email. Track progress at any time.

How long does a payment take?
Most international payments are processed within 1-3 business days once we receive your bank transfer. You can track the status in real-time using the tracking link provided after booking.
What currencies are supported?
We support 30+ currencies including GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, INR, CNY, SGD, MYR, and many more. You can pay in your local currency while the university receives funds in their preferred currency.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our pricing is fully transparent. The exchange rate you see in the quote is the rate you get. There are no hidden fees, markups, or additional charges beyond what is shown.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. EduPayOS uses bank-level encryption and works with regulated payments providers overseen by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Your personal and financial information is protected at all times.
What if the FX market is closed?
FX markets operate Monday to Friday. If you try to get a quote outside of market hours, you'll see a notification with expected reopening times. You can return during business hours to complete your payment.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Once a payment is confirmed and the bank transfer is initiated, cancellation depends on the processing stage. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel. Refund policies vary by institution.
What if my university isn't listed?
If you can't find your university, it may not yet be registered on EduPayOS. Contact us or ask your university to reach out. Onboarding is quick and free for institutions.
How do I track my payment?
After booking your payment, you'll receive a unique tracking link and reference number. Visit the tracking page, verify your email, and view real-time status updates including when funds are received.
